Vintage Patriotic

Hello again!  I know, it is a miracle that I have posted twice in less than 24 hours!  LOL  Well, things are about to get super busy for me, so I have to take the time now while I have it.  Well, this card was made for a young man in my church who we had a "going away" dinner and time of prayer for him, as he left the next day to begin his journey in the US Air Force.  We are so proud of him and are praying for him as he has just began his Basic Training/Boot Camp this week.  He is such a great gentle spirited young man, that we have all come to love and care about.  We are praying that he has great success while he is serving our country and are so very thankful for his willingness to serve and protect.
I hope that this card was not to feminine for him and I hope he liked it!  LOL

I used:
Plantin SchoolBook Cricut Cartridge for the 2 Star cuts
Vintage Printable for the Background Sheet music
Me & My big Ideas Scrapbook Kit, Mustache: For the Star Paper

Cuttlebug Embossing Folder: Stars
Bakers Twine: Red and White
Paper Doily, distressed With Tim Holtz Distress Ink: Corduroy
Red Crepe Paper for the "Rosette"
Ribbons from my Stash
Blue Button from my Stash
Thanks for stopping by, and if you think about it keep our Service men and women in your prayers!
I hope you have a wonderful day!
