Grandma's Mother's Day Card

This is one of the many Mother's Day cards that I made!  I will post the rest once they have all been received.  Due to me procrastinating and family out of town they have not all gotten them yet.  So just be patient!  I know I am struggling with the patience part, because I can't wait to share them with you all!  Anyways, this was a very simple card I made for our Grandma who's eyesight is failing so bright colors are really easy for her to see!  I love the simplicity of this card yet it is very elegant!

I used:
White and Black Cardstock
Cuttlebug Love's in the Air folder
Stampadilities Sketched Flower 2 from Hobby Lobby
Paper Inspirations"Happy Mother's Day" stamp
I-rock gems
Gift ribbon from my stash

Thanks for taking time to see what I have been doing and have a great day!

Mother's Day Gifts

Happy Mother's Day to any Mom's who are reading this!  Or if you are reading this later after Mother's Day, I hope you had a wonderful day celebrating your Mother or being a Mother!  I know I had a great day celebrating Mother's Day with my families and two very special Mom's in my life.  We had a great dinner with lots of food and tons of yummy desserts!  Some gift giving, and such!

Anyways, I waited till the last minute to get cracking on making my "something special" for the two moms in my life.  Nothing like procrastinating, right?  Like two days before Mother's Day, procrastinating!   Plus, I was having the WHOLE family over to celebrate with us and to pamper our Moms.  Anyways, I made them paper teapot boxes from My Time Made Easy, Tea For You templates, with a little tweaking to them.  Lots of time, paper, glue and love went into these.  The flowers are hand made, which are so very simple to make!  I am fairly pleased with how they turned out!  I filled each one with a bunch of chocolates and some small and pretty smelling hand sanitiser.  I think they likes them!
